Knowledge Management Processes And The Agile Supply Chain: A Strategic Perspective
Abstract
Basic knowledge and knowledge management processes are modern elements that decision-makers need in the face of complex and changing emergencies. Decision-makers need to obtain sufficient basic knowledge to make effective decisions. In the field of describing the importance of knowledge processes in supporting the agility of the supply chain, this supports multiple manufacturing processes and decisive decision-making. The agile supply chain needs cognitive systems and processes capable of making decisions and alleviating time pressure, and the decision-maker’s need for basic and sufficient knowledge to make decisions. Effectiveness helps achieve rapid, knowledge-based response in the supply chain and achieve process acceleration, which is the first of its kind in this paper. According to the similarities between ASC and AKSC, here we depict the definition and architecture of AKSC. AKSC can explore a new approach to rapid, knowledge-based responses in supporting decision-making in emergencies.
