Abstract

This study investigates the influence of global supply chains on local economies in developing countries. By analyzing trade data and conducting interviews with local businesses, the research reveals both benefits, such as job creation and access to international markets, and challenges, including vulnerability to global market fluctuations. The findings emphasize the need for supporting local businesses to enhance their resilience within global supply chains.
