The Shift in Management Style: Between the Traditional and Entrepreneurial Models
Abstract
This research aims to study the shift in management style between the traditional and entrepreneurial models by analyzing the administrative transformation adopted by higher education institutions to keep pace with environmental and competitive changes. The research focuses on the role of entrepreneurial transformation in enhancing institutional performance efficiency and increasing the capacity for innovation and rapid response to beneficiaries' needs. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, and data was collected using a questionnaire. Statistical analysis was performed using structural modeling (SEM) to verify the impact of entrepreneurial transformation on developing the university's management system and improving its outcomes. The research results indicated a statistically significant positive impact of entrepreneurship on enhancing the university's competitiveness compared to the traditional management model.
