Abstract

The research addressed the topic of "Knowledge Strategy as a Mediator between Human Resource Development and Achieving Organizational Sustainability" in Singaporean service organizations, where the research problem was identified in the lack of clarity in the relationship between knowledge strategies and human resource development and their impact on organizational sustainability. The research sample was based on a number of service organizations in Singapore, where the study was conducted on a sample of 120 employees in organizations belonging to the service sector in Singapore, with the selection of employees working in the fields of human resources and institutional innovation. The study relied on a set of statistical methods, including multiple regression analysis to examine the impact of variables, and the use of structural equation modeling (SEM) to determine the mediating role of knowledge strategy, in addition to the Cronbach's alpha test to ensure the stability of measurement tools. The results showed that knowledge strategy enhances the impact of human resource development programs on achieving organizational sustainability by improving efficiency, enhancing innovation capabilities, and ensuring adaptation to external environmental variables, which contributes to supporting the continuity and competitiveness of organizations.
