Abstract

This article examines the current practices and challenges associated with green intellectual capital reporting. It explores how organizations disclose and communicate their environmental knowledge, skills, and initiatives in sustainability reports and other forms of reporting. The study identifies the barriers and opportunities for improving the measurement, reporting, and transparency of green intellectual capital.
