Abstract

This paper discuss the effect of KM on sustainability, mediated by AI. It will begin by defining KM and sustainability and explaining the relationship between the two. It will then discuss how AI can be used to mediate the effect of KM on sustainability. it depend on MAC model and the paper concludes that KM can have a positive impact on sustainability in a number of ways. For example, it can help organizations to reduce their environmental impact by identifying and sharing best practices for resource efficiency and pollution prevention. and develop and implement new sustainable products and services.
